Broker Office Hours does not replace your employing brokerage, Broker of Record, lawyer, accountant, tax adviser, or other qualified professional.
1. Service
Broker Office Hours provides business coaching, professional development, role-play, accountability, and general educational discussion for real estate registrants. The service may address prospecting, client communication, presentation skills, negotiation principles, workflow, business planning, and professional growth.
2. No brokerage representation or outside supervision
Using the service does not create a brokerage, representation, agency, employment, partnership, fiduciary, legal, accounting, or supervisory relationship. Broker Office Hours does not supervise an agent on behalf of the agent’s employing brokerage and does not replace the obligations, policies, approvals, or instructions of that brokerage or its Broker of Record.
3. No live-transaction instructions
The service does not review or approve active agreements, forms, clauses, waivers, amendments, notices, pricing recommendations, offer terms, or other transaction documents. It does not direct negotiation strategy for a live transaction or approve a specific course of action. Such matters must be reviewed and approved through the agent’s employing brokerage and, where appropriate, qualified legal, tax, accounting, zoning, title, or other advisers.
4. Confidentiality and third-party information
Participants must not submit unredacted transaction documents, client information, identification, banking or financial details, passwords, or other confidential material. Questions should be generalized and anonymized. Participants are responsible for respecting all confidentiality, privacy, brokerage, and legal obligations owed to clients and third parties.
5. Participant responsibility
Participants remain solely responsible for their professional conduct, regulatory compliance, brokerage obligations, communications, decisions, and actions. General educational discussion should not be relied upon as a substitute for transaction-specific review by the appropriate responsible parties.
6. No guarantee
Coaching does not guarantee clients, listings, sales, income, business growth, regulatory compliance, or any particular professional result. Outcomes depend on many factors outside the control of Broker Office Hours.
7. Fees and scheduling
Prices and package details are shown on the website or booking page. Any payment, rescheduling, cancellation, or expiry conditions disclosed during booking form part of these terms. Participants should review those conditions before completing a purchase.
8. Workshops
Brokerage and team workshops provide general education. The contracting brokerage remains responsible for its own policies, supervision, compliance, and transaction-specific direction to its registrants.
9. Changes to the service
Offerings, prices, availability, and these terms may be revised. The version posted when a service is booked will govern that booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.
