Ontario-focused Private and practical No long-term contract

Practical, focused support

Turn experience, uncertainty, and good intentions into a workable plan.

Broker Office Hours helps agents improve how they communicate, present, prospect, organize, and make business decisions. It is professional coaching and education—not outside brokerage supervision or live-transaction approval.

How it works

Book only when you need it, or choose a package for ongoing business development and accountability.

01

Choose a time

Select a private 60-minute virtual appointment that fits your schedule.

02

Share the goal

Provide a general, anonymized description of the challenge. Do not upload client or transaction documents.

03

Build the approach

Clarify the issue, practise communication, examine general principles, and develop a practical action plan.

04

Move forward

Leave with scripts, priorities, accountability, and questions to raise with your own brokerage where required.

These boundaries protect agents, clients, brokerages, and the integrity of the coaching relationship.

Coaching can include

  • Business planning and accountability
  • Prospecting and follow-up systems
  • Role-play and communication practice
  • General negotiation and transaction-process education
  • Hypothetical or anonymized case discussion
  • Questions to raise with your employing brokerage

Coaching does not include

  • Reviewing or approving active agreements, forms, or clauses
  • Directing strategy for a live transaction
  • Recommending a specific listing or offer price

  • Communicating with your client or another brokerage
